Supplier Credit:

Under these transactions, PWW assists financially stronger clients in purchasing product and extending credit terms which were previously unavailable from current suppliers. PWW will purchase inventory on behalf of its client from a third party suppliers and will resell the purchased product immediately back to the client with terms and its additional financing fee. This allows PWW’s client to process the inventory into a final product and/or extend terms to their clients. At the end of the credit term, client will repay PWW directly amount of financed product plus accumulated fees.
